Why it matters for Ghana

The thin trading on the last day of the month shows how much the market's daily value depends on a single heavyweight, MTN Ghana. For investors and pension funds with exposure to Ghanaian equities, the move underlines how a quiet session in one stock can swing overall turnover, even when most other companies see only small price changes.
